Atlanta Mold LLC is an organization of Building Science & Indoor Air Quality Consultants evolved from natural science research at The University of Tennessee and Oak Ridge Associated Universities in Oak Ridge. A fundamental understanding of biology, combined with years of direct, hands-on practical experience within the commercial and residential construction industries ensures the core knowledge competencies that instill AtlantaMold Consultants with highly qualified and competent investigative and consultative skills.
Core Biology
Resourcing a decade of empirical laboratory research in the growth, metabolism and biology of molds, fungus and yeasts, as a graduate associate at the University of Tennessee and as a Research Associate at Oak Ridge Associated Universities, Dr. Kraemer has extended this research knowledge into practical applications for understanding and improving overall 'Indoor Air Quality" in our homes and work lives. Dr. Kraemer has published research findings in international peer reviewed journals.
Construction Experience
Our staff and associates have, combined, the knowledge and experience gained from building literally thousands of homes in Atlanta, industrial plants and fast food restaurants in Tennessee. This extensive building sciences knowledge has been resourced to provide extensive training of home inspectors, real estate agents, appraisal professionals and others within the building sciences industry.

Doctor of Science (Ph.D.) in Public Health Services Science
Dr. Kraemer is an adapt investigator, building science specialists knowledgeable in the use and application of investigative tools for assessing mold and indoor air quality complaints.
Dr. Kraemer has earned certifications for AtlantaMold by very prestigious credentialing organization within the Mold Investigation, Mold Remediation and Home Inspection industries.
Senior Consultant / Investigator
Bill Sharp is a pioneer in home building in Atlanta, having built over 3000 homes. With this level of expertise, he thoroughly understands building construction practices and building codes. Consequently, he has become the considered expert in building science defect discovery and analysis leading to moisture intrusion and subsequent fungal contamination.
Bill is also a noted speaker, teacher and trainer. There isn't a real estate professional or appraiser in Georgia who doesn't already know and respect him.
